Hi, so appreciate the work you're doing! Just fyi, the InPower NOLs are not for smart cities. Smart cities are referenced in the 5G NOL . Also, the NOLs created by InPower are very in depth. They are contractual and unless there is a counter response by a respondent, bills follow. Other groups' NOLs lack the contractual nature and have no real force or effect. Hope that helps.
My local Springwater Township Council here just posted this. I plan to go to both sessions.
We are under County of Simcoe and it looks like 1 of our Councillors (from my district) is the Vice Chair of Severn Sound Environmental Association. That is a district that is north and East of ours.
