KICLEI Primer is a document that has been drafted with the intention of helping Canadians focus on their local priorities instead of the global ones. The primary author of this document is Maggie Hope Braun, who has incorporated the collective wisdom of a growing network of Canadian patriots. It is important to note that this document is still in the draft stage and will be periodically revised.
